The Office Deleted Scenes: “Roy’s Wedding”

These deleted scenes are more like what I was expecting from this episode. I guess I was a little disappointed that this it was called Roy’s Wedding, but it had very little to do with his wedding. I think it was a missed opportunity by the writers to bring back the humor that once made The Office a hilarious show. I’ve been saving the new episodes so far on my Hopper since I want to have access to the final season, and my 2-terabyte hard drive is large enough so I can keep it for quite some time without the need to erase it to make room for other recordings. Despite the fact that several of my co-workers at DISH think that this final season will never live up to preceding seasons, I still have some hope that it could be the best ever. I hope that with each new episode the writers will be more careful with what scenes they cut out because if there are more episodes like Roy’s Wedding, I might be wrong about this season becoming the best.
