I liked the episode but it was weird that Ryan’s on coke. But I love the fact that he’s probably going to get fired or demoted lol! Toby was amazing and I felt bad for him. My Favorite quote of the night was from Michael: This place is like a sexy preschool. haha!

I liked when Dwight called the B’ball ladies Amazons! And Ryans friend a hobbit! That’s great. (ditto on the weird Ryan on coke thing)

I did feel sorry for Toby :( He has had a crush on Pam for a long time :( I remember when he played that coin thinngy to get her a bunny and she gave it away :(

Ryan on the other hand :( it’s sad. I guess he can’t handle the pressure.

    I loved the hobbit !

i thought the toby thing was extremely strange..it wasn’t very “office” like..it didn’t have that same feeling that the office comedy usually has..it felt forced and weird.

my favorite part was “who thinks we are a better couple than jim and pam?”
    “phyllis..”

    and how pregnant angela looks!

I KNEW Ryan was a crackhead! It explains so much…. In an unexpected twist of fate I can see Ryan getting canned, DM hiring Karen back into the fold to take his place thus creating many an uncomfortable moment from Jim and Pam. Oooh the anticipation!

I loved it when Michael and Dwight are leaving the office to go to NY and Michael says: “Im going to go get laid, good bye!” Then Dwight says, “….with sex!!”

That was one of the most incredibly awkward episodes yet. It was a good veer to the Left we everyone is so used to THE OFFICE having a certain tone of humor/comedy. I enjoyed seeing our favorite characters be a bit more real.

Yea, I was super freaked out by Toby’s behavior… But it is SO perfect. Jim must deal with Toby – a guy that has been crushin’ on Pam for quite awhile. The show is taking characters and really developing them in creative ways. I can see that “Night Out” prepared viewers for the finale. I can definitely see that THE OFFICE will be packed with character arches the remainder of the season.

Brilliant job by Mindy. She always writes fantastic episodes, and this was awesome. I can’t wait to see how everything connects by the end of season 4!

I never thought I would NOT like an episode of The Office, but this one got me!! The whole thing was so weird! Jim makes a great decision, and then everyone gets mad at him, it makes him look like such a jerk. Ryan is on COKE?!?!? Seriously? That was waaay out of character for him and then show I think. Poor Toby, It was excruciating watching that scene where he touched Pam’s leg. I know hes always had a thing for Pam but would be really take it that far? But that one I will let slide, because it is in the realm of possibility. That whole episode just really left me wanting more of an explaination. It was really unsettling. I hope next week doesn’t take it any further than this one. I really feel like this was not The Office I know.

The best part was when Pam hit Meredith with the football. I fell off my couch laughing.

I liked the episode, pam and jim well it just wasnt their night. Ryan, I wanted to see him crash and burn but not like that. dwight and the girl, he deserves some action too;). Toby is the worst, if he is really leaving I dont think that he’ll be missed, his behavior was so “inapropiate” :)

I love how many cringe-worthy moments there were! Jim just kept putting his foot in his mouth, which he seems to do whenever he’s in charge. And Toby did what most everyone would like to do in an uncomfortable situation that can’t be reconciled – run away and move to a different country. Haha! I loved this episode!

I actually didnt like this episode… the first in four seasons that i didnt like… it seemed so forced… not flawless writing… where was THE OFFICE. We dont like Jim to look bad… we just dont. It was a dark dark episode… I agree with Kasey… i dont want the office to go in this direction. It was boring to say the least…. but i still LOVE THE OFFICE!

I agree with Kasey and others when they said that they didn’t like the episode. It was not the usual funny Office. It felt very forced. And Ryan on coke?! Seriously?! Hopefully the last 3 episodes of the season will be better than this one.

Ditto to those who didn’t like the episode. I think it was my least favorite so far. What a disappointment.
