Melora was sooo sweet and down to earth! Mose did so fantastic on his interview, and the way he and the other admins & moderators set the tone kept the chat smooth, orderly, and fun! And congratulations to Nette on the same great job as well. Nette’s intros were great, and I appreciate Nette for keeping the night lively! I was pleasantly surprized that Melora stayed with us nearly an hour longer than expected. All total over and hour and a half. She was so nice, and she answered all of the interview submitted questions! Not only that, but she took the time to answer most of the OPEN CHAT questions during our FREE-FOR-ALL! WOW! And besides that still, even though she said it was her first chat of it’s kind, she seemed to become very at ease, and she seemed to become just like any one of us chatters. Instead of keeping it strictly a Q&A, she seemed to just kick back and enjoy the back and forth banter with us, like she was one of us chatters! She even enjoyed playing with chat features like the smiley’s! I really really enjoyed this chat! Congratulations to all the admins and mods of theofficechat/netteslayouts for an outstanding job! I think a lot of men appreciate the Jan character because they believe that the only chance they have to attract a woman as beautiful and hot as Jan Levinson is if she is totally self-destructive.

You are so believable as a complex, conflicted, dysfunctional woman in your character Jan on The Office. As an actress, how do you find that ‘place’ to pull that off in such a way that is thoroughly believable? (one of my FAVORITE scenes ever is in Dinner Party when you are rocking back and forth and say, “I’m the Devil”! Pure hilarity on so many levels!)
