It’s Toby’s goodbye party at Dunder Mifflin and Michael demands a huge celebration that matches the joy in his heart. Angela sick of Michael’s unreasonable last minute demands, refuses, and Michael turns to Phyllis to take over the party planning committee. Meanwhile, Dwight and Meredith haze the new HR woman, Holly.

Great Episode, best since “Casino Night” Looks like we will have to wait a while longer if there is going to be a Jim/Pam propasal and marriage. Of course Toby is off to Cost Rica, and with any luck Ryan will go there with him to hide from the Feds. The confusion about Kevin being mentally retarded was the funniest bit on network television since Mr. Roper overheard Jack Tripper and Chrissy Snow in the bedroom and got the wrong idea.

I thought this episode was FANTASTIC. It was so funny and it was really cute. I really wish Andy wouldnt have gotten in the way of Jim’s propoasal though=( Pam was crushed and I felt bad. And Andy and Angela? bleh I wasnt happy with that. But, I’m glad that Phyllis caught Angela and Dwight in The Office gettin it on
That made me laugh so much. Me and my dad were laughing a lot. I thought Kevin was hilarious. And Michael and Holly! O man. Im excited for them. They are so cute. Michael isnt such a dork when Holly’s around
Anyways, Overall I thought this episode was amazing. It definitely is in my favorite office episodes now.

It was a fantastic finale! So many great things happened. I was sad that JAM did not get engaged but it’s something we can look forward to in season 5. This is definetly my favorite episode to date.

The Office writers never seem to let down fans when it comes to season finales. I thought that a JAM engagement seemed too predictable, which was confirmed when Andy proposed to Angela. Way to steal Jim’s thunder! One interesting point that came out of this episode was that Pam always thought Toby was cute. Jan’s pregnancy was great, although I was hoping she would have hinted that it was Hunter’s baby. haha. Anywho, I knew that those last 20 seconds or so of the finale had to be something enormous! And boy was it. Can’t wait for next season to see what hold Phyllis has on Angela, what’s going to happen to Andela and Dwangela, as well as a JAM engagement. Let the countdown begin.

I particularly enjoyed the fact that Michael was having his BEST DAY ever… Stupid Toby leaving and he was hitting it off really well w/Holly… until he had to go to the supermarket and see a pregnant Jan. Only Michael could have that kind of rotten luck after everything was going so well.

Great finale, although the look on Pam’s face after she said she was thinking Jim was going to propose!
So sad! But Angela and Dwight gettin it on was a great ending. Kevin’s bits were so great, too. Good luck Toby, and hang in there, Pam!

Best epi ever! I was totally bummed that JAM did not get engaged, but other than that this episode was amazing! There were so many things going on, lots of plot twists and sub-plots, but you didnt feeled overwhelmed, Paul and Jen did an amazing job with this episode.

Freakin-A Andy!!! That was Jims moment and you ruined it!!! sigh…oh well. The Kevin being slow confusion was flippin HILARIOUS! And I hope that Michael can get over crazy Jan and try it out with Holly…she seemed perfect for him
when they were puttin together the chair, that was sooo cute
. The look on Pam’s face after she didn’t get the proposal she thought she was gonna get was heart wrenching!
poor Pam. I’m looking forward to the new episodes in fall. I think Jim will get Ryan’s old job and Pam will go to design school and he and Pam can both move to New York

Way to go out with a BANG! That entire episode I was screaming at the screen and hiding behind my hands! It was so perfect. I’m sad that everything went wrong for Jim. I knew that his proposal would not happen, but I did have other ways a JAM engagement would have went down. Oh well. A girl can dream.
I really enjoyed Michael’s scenes – especially with the new HR lady. It was SO nice to see him in a semi-healthy conversation… Sometimes. But I can only expect so much from Michael Scott
Mindy Kaling did an INCREDIBLE job with her talking head. Laughed so hard I thought I was going to pee myself! Loved how she brought up the track suits. Brilliant.
How cute was John Krasinski??!??! He broke my heart into tiny pieces when he put the ring back into his pocket… And don’t get me started on Pam’s heartbreaking smile during her scenes. Jenna Fischer was amazing. Just perfect.
OH. How to spend the rest of my summer as I wait for season 5 to begin?!!? Perhaps I’ll take up a new hobby… Ping Pong? Flonkerton? Speed Typing?
Any suggestions?

I loved it. I am glad JAM didn’t get engaged quite yet! I love JAM and the show, but I don’t want it to be rushed!

I loved this episode! I can’t wait to see Phyllis with the upper hand in her relationship with Angela. I’m so happy for Dwight. He had his first relatable moment when he said it was his own fault that he lost her to Angela. It was so sweet.
Michael finally found someone who appreciates his humor and personality. I hope he finds someone who actually likes him back.
and now to the love of my life….. John Krasinski. he was just so handsome in this episode and I was rooting for him all the way. I felt so bad for him when Andy stole his thunder. but that just means that the writers are not rushing their relationship. I cant wait to see what happens for Pam once she’s done with school.
I can’t wait until next season!
